To support and encourage the growth of women in their personal lives and in their business environment; as well as to assist each other by networking, referring business and providing leadership opportunities.

- Provide educational programs for women.
- Provide motivational programs for women.
- Promote personal growth and professional growth.
- Offer strong networking with women business leaders.
- Create a scholarship program for women that might not be able to afford leadership training.
Our monthly group meeting is held the second Friday of each month. We begin open networking at 11am, lunch served at 11:15, followed by our meeting & program that begins promptly at 11:30.
As of our February 2019 meeting, we now meet at The Baylor Club! Come join us for lunch and great networking opportunities! Bring a friend and lots of business cards!

We also have our Women on Wednesdays - After Hours every Wednesday following our monthly meeting (third Wednesday of the month) from 5pm to 7pm. Be sure to check our Calendar for this month's date & location!
There is no agenda, no meeting...simply come and go and join us for great networking opportunities.

Many women in McLennan County find themselves in a cycle of discouragement that may have been passed down from generations, incurred from abuse of others or self-inflicted. Whatever the reason, CWJC helps heal, encourage and support women to move past their circumstances and become better than before…to have a changed life!
