Wellness comes in all different paths. I help people along their path to wellness through release, relaxing and rejuvenation. My aim with every client is to provide tools to breathe, build body awareness, and develop mindfulness. Along the way, chronic pain, back pain, muscular soreness and tension (and many other symptoms!) can be relieved as well.
